This is a rag rug made with worn out tablecloths. Linda from Nebraska told me, "The tablecloths were a heavy weight so, the 21 mm worked best. The strips are 2 inches wide. It measures 30" wide by 46"." She also wrote this note to me and I wanted to share the details with you. I think many of you would agree it's a beauty!!
"Hi Erin. Thank you for your wonderful instructions and teaching with this art. This rug is made with your hook, size 21 mm and some old table cloths that a friend of mine was giving away. She loved those tablecloths but they were getting old and worn out. Or, so she thought. I took her, “giveaways” and made this beautiful rug for her. I am hoping to get it to her when she returns from her vacation! Thank you for making this gift possible! Have a blessed day. -Sincerely, Linda"
I don't always have 21 mm but the 22 mm is almost the exact same size. Once a hook is this big 1 mm is not enough of a change to make a difference.
