These handmade wooden crochet hooks are perfect for larger size yarn. They can be used with sheet yarn, denim, heavy weight fabric or 2 ply. Wonderful for sheet yarn 1.5" to 3" wide and it works like a dream. The rounded tip helps to make the pulling back through of the fabric easier on the hand, wrist and forearm. My husband worked with me to tweak it for fabric rag rug crocheting. I am pleased with the way it performs. They are 20 mm and approximately 8.5" long. They are probably tropical hard wood and some have striking knots and grain. It has an incredibly smooth feel. All wooden crochet hooks are handmade and may have slight variations. These 20 mm are made from reclaimed wood which gives each hook their own character in the grain because it is reclaimed wood we do not always have them available. No 2 are the same. These hooks are spectacular and smooth.
